Where are they at?!: Visible Thinking Strategies & Formative Assessment

This session will provide an overview of specific visible thinking and formative assessment strategies that educators can take an use to check for understanding. We will show examples and examine how these tools and instructional strategies can best be used together to provide a meaningful learning experiences. Our goal is to have educators leave with a formative assessment activity they can directly implement into their classroom or next faculty meeting and professional learning session. We will leverage tools within Google Classroom, Google Forms and other features of Drive.
