My name is Katie Aquino, and I'm an English and video production teacher and technology integration coach at Hinsdale South High School in the suburbs of Chicago. I have been teaching for 13 years; 10 at HSHS and 3 in Missouri.

I love using technology in my classroom to engage my students and help them become successful 21st century citizens. Amongst other things, we focus on becoming better readers, writers, thinkers, creators, speakers and innovators. I’m also privileged to get to spend part of my day helping other educators to do the same.

As a Google educator and authorized Google Education Trainer, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and classroom with others. I have presented at many regional and national educational technology conferences including ISTE, ICE, Midwest Chromebook Institute, CEL and METC among others.
